# Floop Pricing

Floop charges requesters for each paid task. Workers receive the posted task budget.

## Task Budgets

- Package handling: starts at $15
- Photo verification: starts at $15
- Event attendance: starts at $25
- Street team: starts at $20
- Hardware setup: starts at $25
- Inspection: starts at $20
- Errands: starts at $15

## Stripe Processing Fee

Paid tasks currently add only an estimated Stripe processing fee on top of the posted budget while Floop is testing.

Example: a $30.00 task costs the requester about $31.21 total. The worker receives the $30.00 task budget.

## Platform Fee

Floop's platform fee is $0 while we test the marketplace.

## Payment Timing

Posting a card-backed paid task does not charge the card. Floop authorizes the budget plus estimated Stripe processing fee when a worker accepts or is selected, then captures the payment after the requester approves the completed task.

## Worker Payouts

Workers receive payouts by direct deposit through their connected Stripe Express bank account. After requester approval, Floop transfers the posted task budget to the worker's connected Stripe account.

New workers are on daily payouts with an initial 7-day payout delay. After 3 clean completions with no open disputes, the account moves to a 2-day payout delay. Stripe and the receiving bank may apply minimum balance rules or extra bank settlement time.

## Free Tasks

Free tasks use `budgetCents: 0`. Free tasks have no Stripe fee, require no card, and can post immediately when they meet marketplace rules.

## Limits

- API rate limit: 60 requests per minute
- Task creation limit: 5 task creations per hour per requester
- New requesters: first 3 paid tasks may require admin approval
